Licensed in 1972, Tommy has personally settled in excess of $500 million in Real Estate Transactions.
He established Cooper Realty Associates in 1984, after serving as Executive Vice President and C.O.O. of one of the largest publicly traded real estate firms on the East Coast.
A former Chairman of the Delaware State Real Estate Commission, he is currently the Chairman of the State Chamber of Commerce, a Commissioner of the State Magistrate Screening Commission, a Trustee of the Beebe Hospital Foundation, a member of the Riverfront Development Corporation Board of Directors, and a former Delaware River and Bay Authority Commissioner, having been unanimously confirmed by the Senate. These affiliations enable him access and close association with all State and Federal Agencies, so to better serve his clients and customers.
Connie, licensed in 2004, recently embarked on her real estate career after 15 years in public education -6 years as an elementary school teacher and 9 years as a guidance counselor. Based on this experience, Connie is knowledgeable about the school districts in the Sussex County area and the various programs that they offer. She enjoys helping families who are relocating to the area find the educational services that meet the needs of their children. Connie is devoted to her clients and customers, is highly energetic, thorough and committed to professional service.
