My husband and I live in Lewes, Delaware, and we are always looking for new places to dine.  Lewes has had many additions to it’s fabulous restaurants over the past couple of years, and we have tried them all.  However, last night we decided to hang out with the tourists in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.  We started off by visiting our favorite bartender, David Engel, at Espuma.  We enjoyed a nice cocktail while catching up on things with David.  He is a very interesting guy to talk with.  He has been bar tending in the Rehoboth Beach area for many years.  We have followed David from his bar tending years at La-La Land, Nage, and now at Espuma.  He is a true artist at “mixology”!  However, he is better known for his Leopard hair style (Pictured above from recent News Journal article).  It’s pretty cool looking.

After enjoying some of David’s “liquid art”, we had a fabulous dinner!  Espuma has an awesome menu!!  My favorite entree is the three day pork.  IT MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH!!!  So, if you’re in the mood for interesting conversation, creative drinks and fabulous food, you have to go and visit David at Espuma in Rehoboth Beach, DE.  Tell him that Connie and Tommy Cooper sent you  :-)
